Clapp Ferrucci Keeler is a Fishers, Indiana law firm serving businesses, real estate professionals, property owners, lenders, developers, employers, and individuals throughout Indiana. We combine sophisticated legal experience with practical, responsive counsel focused on helping clients protect their interests, solve problems, and pursue opportunities.

Our practice includes real estate, business and corporate law, commercial and business litigation, construction, employment, healthcare and professional licensing matters, estate and probate litigation, and related administrative proceedings.

Depth Across the Issues That Matter to Your Business

Our attorneys advise clients on the full life cycle of commercial and residential real estate, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, development, land-use and agency matters, and title insurance. We also counsel businesses on formation, governance, contracts, employment matters, compliance, commercial disputes, and litigation.

When disputes cannot be resolved outside the courtroom, we provide experienced representation in state and federal courts, on appeal, and before administrative agencies. Our lawyers bring substantial trial, transactional, in-house, regulatory, and business-management experience to each matter.
