Thad is a skilled and experienced real estate lawyer, having counseled and represented clients for over 20 years in buying, selling, leasing, developing, and financing all types of commercial and residential properties, in business entity formation and development, in agency and licensing law matters, and in real estate litigation. Thad’s clients include landlords, tenants, developers, investors, lenders, owner-occupants, and brokers.
Thad is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® (2019-2027) for his work in the area of real estate law, is also listed in Indiana Super Lawyers® (2021–2026), and has received the AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.
